Optional SSA Cancellation Insurance
Due at the time of registration, SSA Cancellation Insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees, minus transaction fees (typically less than $10), and insurance purchase fee, should you cancel your camp registration more than 30 days prior to the start of your session. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your registered camp, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid, valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance of credit. The cash value of that credit is valid for any future Steamboat Soccer Academy Camp program that takes place within two years. No refunds will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions. The insurance purchase fee is non-refundable.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Deposits and registration fees made at the time of registration are non-refundable unless SSA Cancellation Insurance has been purchased at the time of registration. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the start of camp are not refundable for all money paid unless SSA Cancellation Insurance has been purchased from SSA during your registration through the camp options. For all other cancellations, initiated by participants,  a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of total tuition may be charged for cancellation of any registrations without SSA Cancellation Insurance. Once a player has checked-in to their purchased camp session, no payments will be refunded and all sales are final. No refunds will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
For all 2021 sessions, the Steamboat Soccer Academy will be monitoring the local effects of COVID-19 in Steamboat Springs and Routt County, and based on the guidance of the CDC, the State of Colorado, Routt County, and Steamboat Springs City Officials, we will determine if our camp is able to be conducted. If it is determined at any time that camp must be canceled, participant's paid registration fees will be applied to future SSA camps. No cash refunds will be available unless you have prepurchased SSA Cancellation insurance. If a camp is cut short due to COVID-19, pro-rated registration fee may be refunded and applied to future SSA camp sessions.  

Change Policy:

Changing or modifying registrations is possible for no fee before April 1st, 2021. After April 1st, a $25 fee will be applied to all accounts that require a change of camp registration unless SSA Cancellation Insurance has been purchased. Change fees will be applied for moving a camper from one session to another. If a camper upgrades a camp session, no extra fees will be applied and the difference in registration will be due to take part in camp.

Injury Policy:
Injuries are sometimes a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as soccer. We highly recommend purchasing Cancellation Insurance for the most peace of mind. Injury refunds will be dealt with by the camp director on a case-by-case basis after reviewing individual circumstances. If issued, and you do not have SSA Cancellation Insurance, credits are limited to the amount paid in a cash value voucher good for any Steamboat Soccer Academy program for the next two years from the date of issuance, no matter when issued.
